Currently, she owns her own psychiatric practice as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Rensselaer, NY. and is in the process of developing a Wellness Center there.

CRYSTAL BOW MEDITATION - INTRODUCTORY CLASS

This first free in-person introductory class for Crystal Bowl Meditation is September 23rd from 4pm - 5 pm.


* All other classes are paid classes occurring on the 3rd Friday of each month. *

The classes are provided by Beth Northup, LMHC trained in Healing Touch Hosting sound meditations for 3 years.

First come, first served.

- No previous meditation experience necessary be willing to try to relax

- Bring a blanket and pillow for floor meditation

- Sit if you are more comfortable sitting


Sounds and vibrations have been used since ancient times and can be used in meditation to enhance your well-being.


Our bodies are made of water and the sounds assist in attuning our vibrational energy as well as our body processes.

The sound resonates in our cells and energy centers to assist in alignment and clearing of energy blockages.
